RMA - THE RULES

1. RMA requests will be accepted only after the approval of this RMA form by Multicap and after release of an RMA # to the applicant.
2. Multicap maintains a warranty period of one year on its products. For products outside the warranty period Multicap makes an estimate of replacement or repair to the customer.
3. When unjustified RMA requests, ie, RMA requests for products that still function well, will be charged € 75 per working hour (excl. VAT).
4. Our standard shipping fee of € 30 is charged for returning repaired units Multicap to the customer. This does NOT APPLY on reparations of warranty cases, or the expense for repair out of warranty is more than € 1,240.
